Pros
Very cutting edge tech stack. If you're looking for working on latest cloud native technologies, Kubernetes and automation, this is the company for you. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. You generally work 9 to 6 since most of work is done in collaboration with client. Management is directly accessible. Company is very open and 100% remote. Great benefits too.
Cons
It's a consultancy job so sometimes workload can become intense due to deadlines. Also, you constantly need to learn new things and adapt which is not a con for me but some people may find it exhausting.
