      - Flexible work hours - Young and fun people - Free snacks - Above minimum wage pay - Decent products - Great place to learn end to end business processes

      Cons

      - CEO controls everything and is extremely insecure. - Favoritism controls pay - Dishonest to employees and customers - Every employee is the CEOs secratary more than a valued employee All in all this place is decent for students to make a few bucks on the side. Don't get tricked into believing this can be a great career opportunity.
