What you’d expect - Bartender Boxcar Bar + Arcade Employee Review

Best job I’ve ever had. Have worked for Boxcar for 5 years and I have never been surrounded by so many loving co workers that have fun and love their job too.

Some patrons are rude and entitled

Generally good staff, good money

Toxic management, people that start rumors to get people fired and have done so at multiple jobs are believed by management. Total lack of communication in behalf of management, people told different things at different times and have to let each other know if even that happens. Bartender that steals from customers and has been caught doing so several times and is not taken seriously by management as is any concerns. Management will not provide proper tools and cleaning supplies after months of asking. Pick on certain people trying to make them quit or get fired. It’s incredibly toxic and unfortunately was not always this way. It used to be an amazing place to work that brought so much joy to everyone there. Now several people have either got fired or quit. And when voicing these concerns to HR, they acted like they took it seriously than laughed about it to several people. Horrible place now.
