Upper management doesn't give great feedback and doesn't seem to have a clear direction. Each month we go back and forth on what the focus should be for the business - it makes planning projects and improvements nearly impossible.
This place can be frustrating if you are a driven individual because there is just no real direction - the lower-level managers do their best to try to provide some stability for their direct reports, but it often seems to the hourly workforce that the lower level management team doesn't know what they're doing.
