-Global company that doesn’t act like a global company. Very US centric. -Arrogant and egotistical leadership that do not know how being open to new ideas can really benefit the company. -Does not truly value employees. -Executive leadership does not trust its middle management. -Very little to non-existent process improvement, which is odd for a manufacturing company.
