Pros
Nothing good to share during I was working there
Cons
I have had a very negative experience with BrainRocket and its internal HR and VIP structure. Communication has often felt inconsistent, unclear, and lacking transparency when serious concerns are raised. They lie to you in your face spacial Froso and Vlad. There are also broader concerns about how internal complaints are handled. From my experience, reports of staff issues are often met with a procedural or defensive response, where the burden is placed heavily on the person raising the concern to provide proof, rather than being met with a balanced or supportive investigation process in sexual harrassment reports on team lead Attila or anyone else. This creates a perception that certain complaints are not treated with the seriousness one would expect in a professional environment. In addition, there are concerns about internal transparency and workplace practices, including how communications and interactions may be documented or recorded, which contributes to a lack of trust and openness. Overall, my experience suggests that internal processes around HR, escalation, and accountability are not handled in a clear or reassuring way. Hidden employment contracts as service agreements which is also illegal in the EU, They do not respect and follow labour laws , better they lie to you if you want to practice your right they just lie and lie and lie. For these reasons, I would advise caution when dealing with the company.
