Team, culture, sustainable, circular economy, business model, salary, benefits, hybrid working flexibility. Clear and exciting business strategy
Cons
Not courageous enough to remove legacy VP senior business leader roles which are over graded. Ok to remove lower grade roles. This results in a too heavy Business Leader Community (BLC) and not enough “doers”. It also unwittingly adds complexity and blocks progress.
