Pros
-Our office is incredibly focused on getting work done day in and day out. There is a higher standard here than you see in any other work environment -The level of respect amongst coworkers is incredible. You learn that you can rely upon each other from day 1 to learn more and work harder. Whether you need help from one of our founders or an intern, everyone is always present to help you. -When you aren't working hard enough or simply can't get to everything on your plate, you don't get called out or negatively reprimanded. The expectation of performing your tasks is unwavering and it is addressed when you fall short of your goals, but the human element is never sacrificed as a result. Everything can be a learning experience and you're good as long as you show that you're working. -I learn something new every single day I walk into the office. The minds we have at work are the sharpest I've met in my life. Not only this, but the lack of hubris is shocking given the very apparent level of intelligence in the room. We have MBA's working alongside people still finishing up their undergrad work and everyone is seen as an equal. -The office is amazingly diverse. There are people of all nationalities, genders, races and religions performing in every role, and the perspectives that are revealed as a result are immensely beneficial for our workplace. -Branch takes care of us from a benefit standpoint. Every measure taken to support us translates into more work being done - from healthcare packages to having lunch every day, we don't have to worry about anything other than work. -There's so much opportunity to formally and informally develop. We have budget set aside for our own personal development and you see people moving to entirely new departments after taking time to explore what they do and build skills to complement them. It truly feels like you can do whatever you want at the company upon walking through the doors. -The people in our office are fantastic in general. It's definitely a diverse bunch as I mentioned earlier, but for the most part a great sense of humor emanates through the office and people are incredibly comfortable being themselves
