We recognize your message that there is often a high workload .As a company in growth mode, we note that the environment can be very demanding at times and are conscious of the impact this has on our teams.This is why we are constantly revising our priorities to ensure that the focus is balanced and we do not overstretch or burnout our most precious resource.
