Awful management, terrible pay, constant schedule changes
Upper leadership and management do not care about their workers at all, and will nitpick and micromanage work because they have nothing better to do.
Favoritism runs rampant here, and Ops Managers will do zero work, pass everything off to Supervisors, and then discipline them for not catering to their unfair directions.
Pay raises were put on hold in 2024, and not expected to reutn until 2027, but I'm sure they will find a way to keep them on hold.
Oh, and expect your schedule and daily tasks to change on a whim with no warning, and if you aren't able to accommodate them, they will fire you.
Constant back and forth changes to policies - leadership will actively gaslight you and make you feel like you're thr problem.
Terrible, terrible company and place to work.
