Pros

Decent pay and benefits, a nice location and neighborhood.

Cons

A disappointingly toxic work environment. The products they offer are a hodgepodge of fragile APIs, broken promises and woeful inaccuracies. Working there was a constant barrage of conflicts, failed communication and dead-end, wild-goose chases. Bonfires of money. Customers were promised “white glove” care at inordinate prices, only to be left in the lurch with minimal care which resulted in repeated failures. This is not good for morale, and resulted in 12 hour days picking up the pieces. The CEO does not have the skills necessary to lead the company and wasted millions of dollars on a juvenile psychedelic rebrand instead of setting up functional systems and solutions. They don’t know their customers, and they are plagued with constant failures. Talented and skilled employees have left en masse. I sincerely saw the CEO surrounding himself with those he could feel superior to, instead of a talented and skilled team. Just look for yourself at their aimless marketing and poor quality products. Their self-produced video content looks like cable-access. And they have lost all creativity since this CEO took hold and burned through the coffers. I want to say so much more, but you can see it for yourself. They treated their best people very poorly and applied them in the wrong places.

Pros

- Great people and talented team members! - Brandlive has made several strategic acquisitions that have put us in a unique and strong position; so much added value we can bring our current and future customers. - CEO is driving a vision for Brandlive to reinvent the future of how video will be integrated into the corporate world.

Cons

There are certainly challenges that we must overcome on the back of recent acquisitions, but I believe we are focused on the right things.

Pros

Talented and dedicated non-management staff: client services, sales, engineering, and support employees.

Cons

The company feels financially unstable. Couple that with the CEO being obsessed with the "feeling" of the industry rather than his employees and the company's health and a realistic vision for the company's size, you get several layoffs in quick succession due to his poor decisions. Plus, there's a talented creative department and production team within the company that are underutilized.
