It used to be a great place to work, but over time the atmosphere has changed. They will say, "We're family here,” this is a false facade. They claim to offer a work/life balance when in reality, they demand more. Quote: 40 hours of billable time is a minimum. Employees are required to learn new programs, find new trends, and further their education on their own time and are expected to provide proof of progress. Any appreciation is 100% fake! Years ago, someone who received a glowing review and a raise, was let go two weeks later. People who have been there 15-20 years are let go because their brand-new supervisor doesn’t like them. Everyone there is replaceable. File a complaint with HR, and it will be ignored, especially if it’s about management. Leaders are beyond reproach. Management only cares about one thing: growing the business at any cost. Over 70 people have left in the past few years, including leaders. That should tell you everything you need to know. They claim to be “Worldwide” because they have freelancers in other countries. They also claim to be an outdoor-focused agency, no one there knows anything about hunting or fishing.
