Cons
It's sad to say this place has totally changed and not for the better. The way they micromanage is crazy, you can't do anything without 1 of 10 managers yelling at you about it. It doesn't matter how well we do, they are never happy!! We get criticized & talked to like children every morning and nothing positive is ever said! If you are a good employee, do everything they ask of you & greatly exceed exceptions the only reward you will get is more work (bonuses don't excit here) HR and upper management lie all the time and everyone, even those with stellar annual reviews got 2-3% raises this year (not 5% like stated in the handbook). Recently several long time employees quit and people are going to continue to leave because thats what happens when you treat your employees like robots instead of people!
