A lot of old technology and poor documentation. But we were migrating to new technology, whoever created the old technology was not there.

Massive player in the industry run like a smaller company, with a more comfortable and loose workplace allowing for genuine camaraderie and good morale towards the company. They are also understanding and treat their employees right, as some smaller businesses might, treating everyone more like family than the importance of their position in the market might indicate.

Nothing truly worth mentioning as a con relating to the company itself. The commute from most parts of the greater Denver area can be painful.
