Pros
-decent pay with opportunity for bonuses and considerable overtime -can be exciting due to the fast-paced nature of the work -if you get a group that you like, working together and solving problems can be fun
Cons
-high pressure, I very rarely felt like the higher ups were satisfied with my work even when I tried extremely hard. -often a very chaotic and stressful environment -high risk of burnout -higher ups do not prioritize training enough for assistant managers and crew (sometimes overlooking basic but essential things) -resentment among crew members and management -trying to manager teenagers who have never worked a job before can be very difficult and frustrating
