Pros

Great pay and benefits. All Managers at the store level worked a rotating schedule which allowed for a Saturday off every 3 weeks. A Sunday/Monday off every 3 weeks and a Thursday/Friday every 3 weeks. Bonus program for Assistant manager and up paid every 2 weeks. I made awesome money working for this company but......

Cons

All the other reviews on this site accurate. A lot depends on the store manager you work for. High turnover, most stores fail to train employees properly which contributes to turn over. As DM quality of life sucks because you have a company phone that you get called on all the time bc if the employees at the store can't get ahold of their GM they're going to call you! DMs days off are Sunday/Monday but corp ppl are off all weekend so you get a barrage of phone calls and emails that require your attention on Mondays. Nearly impossible to enjoy or take vacation bc its never a good time and you worry about if your stores are going to meet controllables and make bonus. Corp ppl watch cameras to verify that you are doing your job then show videos of ppl failing at monthly meetings.
