      Pros

      Fully remote so a bit chilled.

      Cons

      Almost no welfare. No workstation. Salary got slashed because the boss felt I didn’t work hard enough so sometimes, decisions are based on sentiment. High pressured space. No HR… just an admin lady. No structure.

      Pros

      Great structure , supportive team and adequate salary. They provide asking and interesting problems and are really interested in improving your skill set.

      Cons

      Some people have office politics and micromanagement issues, this is not a company wide issue but can really affect your workflow if you are paired up with these individuals. I highly doubt it would still be an issue as their HR dept is really efficient and empathetic.
