      The pay works. People are fun.

      Cons

      If you're looking to develop your career this is certainly not the place. Direction of the company is off, product knowledge transfer is a complete disaster & lots of confusion as to what the real value offering is.

      Smart, talented employees, and a strong international presence

      Cons

      Most employees repeatedly go above and beyond to prove themselves in the competitive environment, but are still are under compensated for their skills/contributions. Upper-management seems out of touch with the issues the average employee deals with daily.
