      Pros

      Getting deals and free gear from vendors. Cool co-workers. Getting to work in the action sports industry.

      Cons

      Don't expect anything they tell you. You will NOT get the sales bonus you were promised and the odds of you receiving your last paycheck are slim. Also, it's sad seeing the morale of the other staff so low because they didn't get what they were promised by upper management. Slim chance of promotion.
