Pros

Excellent opportunity for access to learning materials and some great co-workers.

Cons

I expected more from LMI and LifeSOULutions. I’ve seen the dishonest behavior across multiple departments and it’s incredibly concerning. Consider that the latest 5 star reviews here on this site have all come within a 3 day time period... bribing your employees to leave 5 Star reviews is questionable behavior. For any person considering a position here, I would highly encourage you to be very stringent in your research of the company. I would encourage you to google “prophet of profit” and ask why the Mary morrissey website has this has a keyword on there website. The company is too worried about profit it seems to care about people. It’s unfortunate.

I am not sure what experience you had that invoked this feeling about profit being the primary motivating factor, but as a current employee, you are encouraged to empower yourself by talking this over with your Manager or HR. Mary Morrissey nor the Management of the company would want any employee feeling as though their work is not genuine, and it would be interesting to learn how this occurred so it may be improved.

Pros

Peers and management deeply care about individuals and the impact you want to make on the world. I received nothing but love and encouragement throughout the entirety of my time serving at BTI. I was always able to take off when needed for personal things (family, trips, mental health, etc) and my compensation was great! The culture requires a growth mindset with an open heart and it’s wonderful if that’s the right fit for you. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for working here and leaving (for reasons not relevant to this review) was a difficult decision due to how amazing my experience was.

Cons

Lots of softwares / tech stack could be more consolidated, (people who aren’t tech savvy could struggle a bit) BUT the admin team are extremely responsive and helpful.

Pros

The training was good. It allowed me to learn a lot of stuff in a short amount of time. I didn't expect that.

Cons

I don't like thinking about my time here. I did things that made me feel guilty, and I am not proud of them. The arrogant and terrible leadership asked us to lie blatantly to existing and potential clients. They had zero ethics. It was ridiculously complicated. I quit because I value my morals. I couldn't avoid my conscience anymore.
