Pros

Big workplace, decent hardware, yearly company retreat.

Cons

This workplace could be good but it is micromanaged and all decisions are bottle-necked by the management section. Some projects were not even ordered by the client and we were told some projects were "ordered" by the client but in fact it is only a pitch. Some legal gray zones as well, even if you can by right take parental leave when you need to, you still need to get approval from the company for this. There is little work that can be done independently and there is a culture of owing "time" to the employer. You are expected to a lot of free work. There is hardly any 8 hour workdays and overtime is not compensated properly, we got days between some holidays off but it was a way to avoid giving the employees more work-time (and thus salary). The location is far away from the city and you have to pay extra to reach work. Salary is incredibly low and there is little room to get a fair wage, the requirements are never really set and change sporadically depending on management. There was a lot misunderstandings and not a lot of communication. Vacations are taken at the same time by everyone and you can not take your vacation as freely as other agencies or companies. A lot of staff turnover, usually 50% every year (fired and self-resignations) because of current culture in the company.
