Pros
- amazing culture. From the first interview, everyone is very friendly, open, helpful, and candid. People go above and beyond to make sure you have all the tools for success (special thanks to Emily in recruiting who checked on me throughout the interview process and even as I started working) - well designed and comprehensive training program. There is a ton of info to learn in the beginning but there is never any pressure to be fully integrated until we have taken steps to learn and develop our skills. Teammates, managers and other peers all take time out of their days to sit down, answer questions and give advice. - benefits and pay are very competitive - plenty of opportunity to succeed in the way that best fits each person
Cons
Can’t think of any up to this point!
