Pros

*Remote work *Exposure to a wide variety of tech stacks

Cons

* The CEO & Co-Founder prioritize inflating their ego's on being "Founders" instead of providing professional services. * The founders rely heavily on an India ELT that only hires people from their country. There is no emphasis on hiring U.S. citizens. It's a classic example of what is happening in all of tech. Come into our country on an H-1B visa, embed themselves into American companies, then slowly export our jobs over to India. We welcome them in, work along side them, and in return they steal our tech jobs to send to their countrymen. The founders should go over to India and try to get a job, see what happens. It's ok for H-1B people to think about their own, but Americans will stomp out the younger generations coming up in tech, just to line their pockets through cheap offshore labor.

Pros

If you’re new to consulting and want to experience dysfunction early, this place will give you all the warning signs to look out for in your next role

Cons

Leadership at Brazen Group is disorganized, insecure, and reactive. Decisions are made in silos, often driven by personal agendas rather than the best interest of the client or team. Collaboration is a buzzword, not a practice. Feedback is neither welcomed nor safe to give. Despite branding itself as innovative and people-first, the company culture is driven by ego, not integrity. Recognition goes to those who stay silent, not those who contribute meaningfully.
