Pros

Nothing I can think of.

Cons

Turnover rate super high, I found out that there were at least 3 people that left before me in my role in the past year alone. There's a reason why they only interview you once and offer you the job. They want to hurriedly fill the position as workload is tough and they keep replacing staff. Very chinese-ed company, run by family as such the so called "managers" always had to depend on the higher up decisions and could not make decisions for their own team members. HR was practically useless too as they had to depend on the higher management who wanted to control even the smallest decisions. Benefits were quite bad for a big company - only 20% discount for its group brands. No flexible working location, leave was measly. Pay was below average and when I negotiated they claimed that it was already "on the high side" Unclear team structure - my direct reporting manager had a totally different jobscope in the team If there was a problem. the manager also could not/did not want to arrange a proper session with the new hire to sort out issues. Unclear management - Projects can have the whole team involved, instead of the managers assigning certain personnel to work in them, resulting in too many creative differences, delays and having to redo simple things again and again Super inefficient claims processes - they make you purchase stuff out of your own pocket first before reimbursing to you. This is apart from transportation claims. Claims process was super backdated and tedious. Gossip among team members - if they find you are not a good fit within the team they will talk behind your back and even spread the gossip to other departments which is very unprofessional. They have time all the time in the world to gossip in their group chats and then will later claim that they have no time to help you (applies to new hires) Workload was also a lot for the pay given. You will frequently have to OT because things are done inefficiently, as such you have to redo over and over again. If you are a new hire, they will leave you to do all the saikang while they go home early. Conclusion: NEVER join this company, my experience was so bad
