Get to change location throughout the day and have independence there, car allowance and paid fuel. Decent culture among teams
Cons
Poor management, you won’t see their faces and concerns are rarely addressed or followed up on. They will expect you to take on extra work often without warning, no concept of work-life balance. Some days are very easy but some are extremely overwhelming, you might work 11-12 hrs. Hard on your body physically, you will be lifting heavy boxes 40hrs a week. Very little variety, gets mundane quickly.
