Very corporate in the way they treat and view the people that work for the company. There is very little loyalty in taking care of employees. The mindset is very focused on performance only with no accounting for managing people like people. This is a direct reflection on the newer "leadership" that has been installed that does not understand how to build a culture around valuing people as people.
