One thing to keep in mind is that the work tends to get much busier in the spring and summer and slow down a little in the winter. While this can be challenging, the team environment really helps you get through the busy periods.

Pay was alright for the most part

Bad management. Tons of drama. No help when it's needed. Too high of unreasonable expectations. When there was snow on the ground, they cared more about moving RVs and not at all about how slick it was. They still expected you not to lose control and safely transport units
