No pros as such apart from a little better salary

Cons

No transparency in performance management. I was put on a PIP without any prior warning or feedback. PIP tasks were unrealistic and designed to be unachievable within the given 30 days. Even after making progress, I was laid off immediately. Management does not communicate openly — decisions feel pre-decided. Zero focus on employee growth or development, only on numbers and short-term optics. No fair chance for employees to improve or prepare — sudden decisions without accountability. The work environment feels insecure; you never know when you’ll be targeted.

Great engineers that are very smart. Modern workspace and eequipment

Cons

The work culture is consistently negative and toxic. Management is effectively non-existent for staff, with support and communication reserved exclusively for those at the executive level.
