Waterloo Managers are Awful - Floor Staff BrewDog Employee Review

- Managers at the Waterloo branch are rude and sexist. They will clearly pick favourites (usually a boy), and if you're not a favourite, they will be rude to you. - Employees eat customers' food before bringing it to their table. I informed a manager of this; he couldn't have cared less. I was then informed that this manager also ate customers' food before bringing it to their table, so it makes sense why he didn't care. - They claim that they care for well-being, but staff only get a 30-minute break during a 10-hour shift. By the end of my shifts, I would usually be above 30,000 steps and be exhausted by the end of the day.
