Pros
I enjoyed being able to speak with customers that were passionate about their builds/interests and seeing how excited the children were about Lego. I also enjoyed sorting and researching Lego sets and minifgs as it’s sort of a repetitive meditative process.
Cons
The management was unable to effectively communicate with employees. Nepotism lead to unfair treatment of employees and unprofessional / discriminatory behavior. The pay was also not very competitive compared to other retail positions.
