Pros
Good compensation. They have fixed salaries which is good for students who want a part-time job. Plus, there is an incentive for those college graduates and no tardiness.
Cons
The environment is very humid. You will have classes full of sweat. Some even fainted while having classes during the summer season. Plus the administration is so toxic as well. They will only favor those they know. They also have an unfair distribution of classes. You are paid the same amount of money but some only have 2-5 classes for my case I have almost 20 classes a day. 5-minute intervals per class and it's not even enough to go to the comfort room, Especially if your cubicle is far from the cr you'll have to sprint from your cubicle to the cr. The monitoring will laugh at you if mag ka dagma-dagma nka ug dagan.
