- Micromanaging managers flew under the radar and got away with outright bullying and belittling.
-3 restructures in 2 years, SL salaries have been inflated meanwhile budget cuts have been given in every other avenue of the organisation. No formal upskilling opportunities or career growth
- Employees that are left are overworked & under-appreciated, with more and more work to do despite the workforce getting smaller
-SL were pushing people to be promoted for months, then those same people were made redundant out of the blue (whole teams were disbanded). Very shady and manipulative.
-Minimal moral and functional support from SL when departments were going through a difficult time
-People being laid off in finance with no apparent reason, v sketch.
-Employees are not happy across the board and team morale has been destroyed with no effort to amend this. Customer feedback is not taken on board the product, too much focus on UK and US markets yet claim to be a ‘global’ product.
