Pros
Very few limitations on how you can do business aside from conducting yourself with integrity. Fair decisions on client/account management. Hands-off managers and very few individual metrics. Work/life balance is not merely supported but encouraged. Team is cognizant of maintaining a good company culture even amidst and after the pandemic (primarily remote).
Cons
Healthcare premiums are middle of the road - not terrible, but probably market average.
