Pros

The colleagues and team members I worked with were professional and supportive, and I appreciate the opportunity to work with them

Cons

I joined Bridgenext in January 2026 expecting a long-term opportunity. Within a few months, I learned that the project for which I had been hired was no longer a business priority, and my role was impacted as a result. My biggest concern is not that the company adapted to changing business conditions. Projects evolve, clients change direction, and AI is reshaping many industries. The concern is transparency during hiring. If a role is heavily dependent on a specific project, candidates should be informed about that risk from the beginning. Many experienced professionals leave stable positions to join a new company based on the expectation of long-term employment. Had I known that my role's future was closely tied to the success of a particular project, I would have been able to make a more informed career decision.

Pros

I love the people I work with. I’m constantly learning with every project, and I feel appreciated for my skills and talents. My boss is awesome and gives me a lot of freedom. He's friendly, open, honest, and a great mentor. I think he believes in my abilities more than I sometimes do, which pushes me to take on challenges that help me grow and be a valuable asset to the company. Our team is made up of generally happy people, which makes even the tough jobs feel manageable. I’ve also never worked on a brand I wasn’t excited about, which keeps the work feeling meaningful and fun.

Cons

- The emphasis on time tracking/timesheets creates constant stress around balancing billability and over-logging hours. - My role and responsibilities have grown but my compensation hasn't changed much over the last several years. - No bonuses.

Pros

Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

Cons

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
