Pros

They won't put any bars in your leaning curve but you have to manage in-between your work load. If you are starting your career from this organization you can learn a lot. Work life balance is good, this is subjective to your superior.

Cons

Again, Cons are subjective to your project superior.

Pros

I love the people I work with. I’m constantly learning with every project, and I feel appreciated for my skills and talents. My boss is awesome and gives me a lot of freedom. He's friendly, open, honest, and a great mentor. I think he believes in my abilities more than I sometimes do, which pushes me to take on challenges that help me grow and be a valuable asset to the company. Our team is made up of generally happy people, which makes even the tough jobs feel manageable. I’ve also never worked on a brand I wasn’t excited about, which keeps the work feeling meaningful and fun.

Cons

- The emphasis on time tracking/timesheets creates constant stress around balancing billability and over-logging hours. - My role and responsibilities have grown but my compensation hasn't changed much over the last several years. - No bonuses.
