Pros

Joined in biggest account of Emtec. In logistics domain in DU 3.

Cons

In just few months they put me in PIP. There are many others who are in PIP without any logical reason. DU lead does things as he please, there is no one stopping him neither hr or senior mgmt seating in US. It's like you obey him or find job outside. There is no point debating with him as you can't understand what he says.

Thank you for your feedback. At Emtec, we have always valued employee contributions and also have given employees enough time and attention when there is a performance issue. Our managers provide continuous feedback as well as feedback from clients, so that team members are aware of their performance. Feedback is documented and shared with the associate, so they know where they stand at all times. After due consideration, a Performance Improvement Plan is delivered to associates with a view to bring them upto speed and develop them to deliver to customer expectations. DU lead is not single-handedly responsible for a PIP, but rather the Manager, the Lead, HR and DU Head make a combined decision after reviewing all the feedback. The PIP is a great opportunity to walk the extra mile and prove one’s performance, if taken in the right spirit! Please feel free to reach out to me one on one to share more details or have a deeper conversation.

Pros

I love the people I work with. I’m constantly learning with every project, and I feel appreciated for my skills and talents. My boss is awesome and gives me a lot of freedom. He's friendly, open, honest, and a great mentor. I think he believes in my abilities more than I sometimes do, which pushes me to take on challenges that help me grow and be a valuable asset to the company. Our team is made up of generally happy people, which makes even the tough jobs feel manageable. I’ve also never worked on a brand I wasn’t excited about, which keeps the work feeling meaningful and fun.

Cons

- The emphasis on time tracking/timesheets creates constant stress around balancing billability and over-logging hours. - My role and responsibilities have grown but my compensation hasn't changed much over the last several years. - No bonuses.

Pros

Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

Cons

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
