Solid company - Accounting Manager Bridger Transportation Employee Review

The kind of work is enjoyable and can be fun.

Management is terrible... the people in charge have no clue what they are doing or how to manage a team. One of the account managers will change how he wants things done without notice and will throw a fit like unstable child. I found within my first 2 weeks they lie to customers, dispatchers and drivers and encourage us to do the same. Red flags all over it's no wonder there is a high turnover in this company. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I wasn’t there long, which is the only pro.

I ended up hospitalized for days because of preexisting health problems that were exacerbated by the stress, and while I was in the hospital for days all they wanted was a doctor’s note and to know where I was hospitalized (there is only one hospital here.)
