Pros
Community-centered, team atmosphere, steadily growing, Always something to do and something new to learn. The culture here is something thats difficult to find anywhere else. I am a struggling single parent, but there's nowhere I'd rather work and I know that a great culture is far more valuable than a few extra dollars on my paycheck.
Cons
Lower pay than others if you are licensed or certified. This isnt the job to be in for the money, although the wages are considered competitive. You might make $2-3 more an hour, but will the atmosphere and culture be worth it? Probably not.
