Pros

Phenomenal team & culture: Collaborative, supportive, and passionate team, everyone is genuinely supportive of each other and makes Bridgit a truly special place to work, Opportunities to learn and innovate: Encouraged to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table. A fast-paced environment where you’re encouraged to take ownership and make an impact. Leadership investment: Strong leadership that values employees and focuses on scaling the company sustainably. A company that nurtures a sense of belonging and values work-life balance. Canadian success story: It's exciting to be part of a growing, innovative company with a strong local and global presence. Bridgit is on an exciting growth trajectory!

Cons

Bridgit may not be for everyone - the fast-paced environment means you’re expected to truly own your work, and sometimes you might not have every resource at your disposal. You’ll need to be a problem-solver and be comfortable navigating uncertainty. There’s not always a one-size-fits-all solution tot hings, and that’s part of the thrill for some, but it can be daunting for others. Bridgit is a growing company and tries to balance scrappiness with process. If you’re not someone who enjoys figuring things out on your own or thrives in an environment with some ambiguity, it might not be the right fit. However, for those who embrace this challenge, the opportunities for growth and impact are endless.

Pros

I have been very impressed by level of communication—and communication style—across the company. There is certainly a lot to do, as there is at any startup, but Bridgit is relatively free from the frenetic throw-spaghetti-at-the-wall approach that's far too common at startups. No egos + empathetic executives make for a solid culture. Resources (budget, tools, etc.) are available as needed.

Cons

Collaborating across timezones can be tricky, but worth it in exchange for the benefits of remote work.

Pros

- Good people (besides c-suite)

Cons

Where to begin... - Poor management - CEO runs everything based on popularity, hires her friends who have no experience and they magically get multiple promotions a month in - Terrible work/life balance (even though that is one of the "perks") - Belittling during team meetings when concerns are brought up - Shady practices Overall a terrible place to work.
