Pros
I knew right away that I made the right decision to join. I jumped in solving some challenges and that made me feel valuable. I’ve worked with almost everyone at this point and they actually care and I feel comfortable enough speaking up anytime.
Cons
It’s hard not being able to get together in person with my team and others in the company. Virtual hangouts are helpful but nothing beats doing it in person. Teams are getting better at organizing information and going back to make updates.
