Pros

The only pro is the trauma bond you build with your colleagues.

Cons

Avoid at all cost. I am going to list some things below that I witness in my 7 months at the company: - Staff turnover - I have never seen a call centre with as high turn over as this place. Not even the whole management team have been there 6 months because they all leave! (Wonder why?) - The most out of touch company - for a company that sells HR software they make little to no use of it for their own staff? WHY? - HR company that doesn’t practice what they preach! This is the most corrupted and horrible place, you have favourites, if you aren’t a favourite then expect to be screwed over and left behind with no comms. If you’re off sick for longer than a day then you’ll most likely get sacked. - The way this place is managed is by shouting at you every day and telling you you’re crap at the job (literally every day). - You have to wait 3 months to be paid any comms and if you leave you won’t be paid out anything you’re owed. Free sales for the company? - You have to bash out 120 dials every day (no wiggle room on this) OR ELSE. This place is detrimental to mental health - it sucked the life and soul out of me which led me to leave.

Pros

-Management are supportive, -Earning Potential -Transferrable Skills - Benefits (HOLIDAYS FOR TOP PERFORMERS) - Floor Managers and Associate Director are lovely and very supportive and really do try to help where they can. Very very good culture. people are lovely and it is a nice place to be most of the time

Cons

-Basic Salary i was offered is the same one i was on at 19 and it has not changed for anybody since i have been here this needs a review! - Policies within the business are laughable, but again as seen in other reviews there is too much bureacracy for things to be changed. - your time is not your own, Headcount has increased significantly but the amount of staff "ALLOWED" off is 2 at a time in team of 40! - Lateness policies - I stayed one evening til 7:30pm (2 hours after my shift to sign a deal) i then recieved a formal warning for being 3 minutes late due to a crash which i showed evidence of! - 0 Common Sense in internal policies.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback! We’re really pleased to hear your positive comments about the supportive management, earning potential, development of transferable skills, and the strong culture you’ve experienced. It’s also great to hear your appreciation for the support provided by floor managers and leadership, and that you find the working environment a positive place to be. We also appreciate your feedback around policies and processes. BrightHR has structured policies in place to help ensure fairness, transparency and consistency across the business, and to make sure all employees are treated equitably. We recognise that in a fast aced environment, these can sometimes feel rigid on an individual level, and we continue to review how we balance structure with flexibility where appropriate. We also note your feedback around pay and time off availability. We understand these are important factors in the overall employee experience, and they remain areas of ongoing focus as we continue to evolve and support our teams. Thank you again for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re glad to have you as part of the BrightHR team, and you can always reach out to your line manager or director if you would like to discuss anything further. We hope you have a great end to your week!
