      Pros

      Tenía muy buena onda, compañerismo y actividades divertidas. Había oferta de snacks, comidas y beneficios con tema de horarios, flexibilidad.

      Cons

      No hay chance de crece. Nunca vas a ganar un sueldo acorde si no tenés un puesto "alto". Pocos aumentos, poco reconocimiento. Inestabilidad.

      Pros

      Leading Ad tech company in the world. Humble, friendly and supportive individuals right from the top the chairman himself is a brilliant mentor, a friend you can laugh, work and enjoy with.

      Cons

      Ever company has some downsides but way too small to worth a mention here. Almost negligible.

      Great people, moving very fast, young atmosphere. You'll get many chances to improve yourself, they love initiatives

      Changing their strategy too often, Salaries aren't high enough, that's all, couldn't find more cons
