- Processing cases is quite linear and lack individuality with cases. Must be done the way the system was created which limits administrators ability. - Constant minor changes in the workflow systems meant that lack of communication lead to administrators falling behind. - Very limited progression with 4 years experience expected in entry level position before a promotion to be considered (told from day one). - Lack of support for those that don't drive in the business such as an incentive not to have a car.
