      Great training and support for an entry level position - Academy Pensions Administrator Brightwell Employee Review

      Pros

      - Taking on groups of entry level administrators, Brightwell offers a great amount of support and training required for the Awards in Pension Essentials (APE) and Certificate in Pensions Essentials (CPE) to be industry standard. - Free parking for those that drive. - Excellent pension contributions.

      Cons

      - Processing cases is quite linear and lack individuality with cases. Must be done the way the system was created which limits administrators ability. - Constant minor changes in the workflow systems meant that lack of communication lead to administrators falling behind. - Very limited progression with 4 years experience expected in entry level position before a promotion to be considered (told from day one). - Lack of support for those that don't drive in the business such as an incentive not to have a car.

      Pros

      A very welcoming environment, everyone has been very helpful in enabling me to settle in and learn the role at a steady pace. The home working element has been a real positive as well, this has enabled me to have a better work life balance than previous roles. The future of the company is very bright with prospective growth and more opportunities that come with expansion. The benefits are outstanding

      Cons

      Normal teething issues with a growing business, communication can sometimes not be optimum but within my team we communicate very well which softens this.
