Worst Experience. Terrible culture - Sales Brink's, Incorporated Employee Review

If you are not part of the "boys"club you won't get anywhere. They treat people terrible, environment is cold, everyone is waiting to be "next" to be laid off. Executive management has no idea what they are doing, they get rid of people all the time. If you are not a YES person you are seen as a threat. Can not trust anyone, everyone is afraid to loose their jobs and will do anything to keep it since it is easier to stay then get something else.. Everyone I know there HATES their job
