      Very, very dysfunctional. We initially thought the new CIO was going to improve things, but it keeps getting worse.

      Team is great. Everyone helps each other. Opportunity to bring up your own ideas and work on your projects.

      Pros

      Great local management and support. Overtime is the difference between $850 a week and $1,300 a week.

      Cons

      Corporate is currently running around with their hair on fire trying to micromanage everything.
