      Co-workers are fine. Pay is ok

      Cons

      Everything. The upper management has no experience on the road and is clueless. They care only about their bonuses. Don't care about employees.

      Team is great. Everyone helps each other. Opportunity to bring up your own ideas and work on your projects.

      Pros

      Great local management and support. Overtime is the difference between $850 a week and $1,300 a week.

      Cons

      Corporate is currently running around with their hair on fire trying to micromanage everything.
