Pros
There are no pros, do not take a job at this company. A recruiter from the parent company Orion will most likely recruit you but make sure you ask them for what company will you be working: RUN if they mention it’s for Brinker. Low pay and horrible health insurance. PTO sucks, there’s no way you’ll get a promotion at this place unless you’re sucking up to the higher ups.

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews on here this is a horrible work place. I repeat do not work for this company especially if you are BLACK. There are no black people and very few women working at Brinker Capital Investments. The lack of diversity is intentional, this is a men’s club. Do not work for Wealth Advisory Brinker. They have a high turnover rate. There’s a bunch of White men working there and they are very shady. They don’t believe in being a team player. The backstabbing is insane at this place. This place drove me to depression and had to be on medication. You always get blamed for any little mistake even if it’s out of your control. Training is nonexistent in this place but they expect you to figure it out. They want you to ask questions but when you ask questions they tell you that you should know this already or that they tell you, you shouldn’t ask a stupid question. When you don’t ask them questions they said you should have asked them. This is a toxic work environment. Horrible managers, the portfolio consultants on the wealth advisory side are backstabbers, portfolio managers are horrible as well. Some of them don’t even know what they are doing, they like shifting their responsibilities onto you. People rather throw you under the bus then tell you the correct answer or help you out and then they want to blame you when something wrong happened. Glad I left this sh***hole place.
