Pros
Great company to work for, looks after you really well. Lovely to work for someone who really cared for their employees and their customers. I never felt like there were any hidden agendas. Got some great experience from this company as it was my first real job out of university and they gave me some great skills and experience that I have taken on to future roles
Cons
Working in the Branches could sometimes not really give you a lot of development opportunities
