Only two things are consistent with BSC - atrocious communication and broken promises. Despite debt collectors, late wages, redundancies, and failing to meet its pension commitments, BSC Education continues to keep its team in the dark about the crumbling financial status of the business. Team members past and present report feeling insulted, undervalued, and overworked, resulting in exceptionally high turnover across all colleges. I've heard BSC described many times by team members as a 'sinking ship'. Hop aboard at your peril.
