Pros
I’ve been with Brivo for over four years, and it has truly been an incredible experience. Work culture is a major factor in both job satisfaction and overall quality of life, and Brivo consistently delivers. Here, you’re encouraged, empowered, and—most importantly—rewarded for demonstrating qualities like earnestness, dedication, and ownership. Strong leadership is the backbone of any successful organization, and Brivo is no exception. Steve Van Till and John Szczygiel have expertly guided the company and continue to steer it toward a promising future. Dan Katz has been an exceptional mentor and leader—an unstoppable force in every role he has taken on throughout his long and successful tenure at Brivo. Additionally, Rich Sefcik and Rodolfo Beltran are not only experts in their fields, but also two of the most supportive leaders I’ve had the privilege of working with in my career. Brivo has set a high standard for what a positive, empowering workplace should be, and I’m grateful to be part of it.
Cons
Hard to list any cons here at Brivo. I truly believe the company operates in a very fair manor. I'd only say maybe the compensation packages could be a tad bit more competitive, but I'm no subject matter expert on finances or how the business should handle those types of things. Overall even in that critique I believe Brivo operates fairly.
